Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Owner/Builder requires all Energy Calculations and Notes (CF1R/CF2R/etc) required for permitting process in Paradise, CA (2 copies signed and stamped. PDF ok).
Home is all electric, LED fixtures. Galvalume steel arched roof (Cool Roof?). Standard light framing is enclosed by arched membrane. Radiant barrier and/or spray foam insulation on the inside of the membrane are options. Duct work can have full range of implementation thru framed walls or ceiling/rafters. Portions of attic can be conditioned. Floor plan and elevations are shown below. Additional information, 24X36 versions and notes on request.
