PENG Stamped Insulation Report

I need a PENG stamped report for a water line run underground. The line will be 24" deep, using 2" rigid foam insulation to prevent freezing (frostline is 4' deep). Total length is less than 50 feet, made of 100lb polyurethane, with a straight path (no bends).

Ideal skills and experience:
- Professional Engineer (PENG) certification
- Experience with underground insulation and water lines
- Knowledge of local frost depth regulations
