**Stonehenge Apartments — Amenity Area**
2205 Stonehenge Drive, Raleigh, NC 27615 *(use this address on the title block — the survey file says 2201, that's wrong)*
We're demolishing an existing in-ground pool and building an outdoor amenity area in its place. Need base drawings for a City of Raleigh commercial permit submittal.
**Scope:**
- Pool demo and infill — excavate, perforate shell, engineered fill, 4" reinforced concrete cap
- Two 14' x 14' pergolas with string lighting, on concrete footings
- 120-gal in-ground propane tank feeding a fire pit and grill
- Masonry stone fire pit
- Custom masonry grill station with two built-in grills
- Dining area — 3 tables, 12 chairs, 55" outdoor TV
- Game zone — synthetic turf, ping pong, cornhole
- Three post-mounted hammocks on concrete footings
- Site electrical, approx. 50 LF run from the building, plus low-voltage landscape lighting
**I'll send you:** topo survey, existing site plan, demo site plan exhibit, and the owner's rough amenity concept.
**Sheets must be:** 18x24 minimum, all the same size, engineering scale, north arrow and legend on every plan sheet.
**Not yet confirmed — don't draw details for these until I get back to you:** pergola material and roof type, lighting fixtures, final amenity locations. The owner's concept is rough placement only.
Base drawings and coordination only — engineers will seal.
