Organic Road & Plot Layout Planning

I have a flat parcel of just under five acres that I want to transform into a neatly fenced farm estate. Your task is to turn the CAD input file I will supply into a full master-plan that:
• lays out an organic-flow internal road network (no rigid grid);
• divides the land into small, clearly numbered plots;
• locates and dimensions the perimeter fencing.

Beyond the 2-D drawings, I also need a short 3-D walkthrough video that lets investors visually “drive” through the new road, view each plot and see the fence lines in context. Use whichever combination of AutoCAD / Civil 3D / SketchUp / Lumion (or similar) you prefer, as long as the final deliverables include:
– editable CAD files (.dwg or .dxf);
– high-resolution PDF site plan;
– MP4 walkthrough (≈1-2 min).

Accuracy to scale and a layout that feels natural to the landscape are my two non-negotiables. If you have examples of previous subdivision or road-layout work, please mention them when you bid so I can gauge your style quickly.
