Optimize Gutter Drainage Efficiency

In this project, I am seeking a professional to inspect and review the current state of a townhome community gutters and downspouts. This inspection is primarily to:

- Determine any needs for repairs or replacements.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to increase water flow efficiency.

Despite the gutters and downspouts appearing in excellent condition, I believe there is room for improvement to make the water drainage system work more efficiently. Here, the aim is not to maintain aesthetics, but more importantly, to ensure the overall efficiency of water flow. Currently, more than a gentle rain causes water to over-run the gutters, making front doors unusable.

Ideal Experience and Skills:

- Expertise in gutter and downspout inspection and maintenance.
- Proficiency in suggesting practical solutions to enhance water flow efficiency.
- Understanding of roofs, specifically considering the pitch and capacity for efficient water flow.
- Ability to ensure minimal disruption during inspection and potential repair work.
- Recommend a replacement size if that is what is needed for both gutters and downspouts
