This is ground-up construction—nothing to renovate, nothing to maintain—so every drawing and calculation will start from a clean slate.
Here’s what I expect:
• Civil plan set: site layout, grading, drainage, utility routing, paving, and any required erosion-control details—delivered as editable AutoCAD/Civil 3D files plus print-ready PDFs
• Technical specifications and a concise schedule of quantities for tendering
• All work aligned with local code, storm-water regulations, ADA access, and any authority requirements
