New Construction Steep-Sloped (Incline) Residential Build: Structural and Materials Calculations
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an experienced structural engineer with experience in steep-sloped (Incline) construction, to provide detailed plans with structural and material calculations for 2 residential buildings on a steeply sloped (incline) land.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the suitability of various structural materials for the project.
- Provide detailed plans with calculations to support the construction of both buildings
- Ensure that the proposed design meets all required safety standards and regulations.

Task 1 - Retaining Wall Plan
a. Confirm the four Retaining Walls as shown in Site Plan are correct. Make corrections needed.
b. Assign colors to each of the 4 Retaining Walls on Site Plan so they stand out as shown in 160WLL_RetainingWalls_Colors.jpg
:: If I had a software that can modify DWG, I would do it myself.
c. Do Materials calculation for each of the Retaining Walls
Task 2 - Building B - 30' X 60' Garage with small bedroom suite (One Level)

a. Create New Foundation Plan with STRUCTURAL and MATERIALS CALCULATIONS
with a Comprehensive Details Page and Column, Footing, Beam schedule
b. Create New Roof Plan STRUCTURAL and MATERIALS CALCULATIONS
c. Create New Elevation Plan showing building placement per slope/contour
d. Create New Section Plan for all 4 sides of building - Left, Right, Front and Back
Task 3 - Building A - 55' x 58' on a Steeply sloped lot (3 Levels)
