Need structural engineer

Design a load bearing metal structure that will be located in a public space and include a number of utilitarian features. Need Professional Engineering certification for deployment of this structure in several Atlantic states potentially including MD, VA, NC, GA and FL. MD project is of most immediate need. Also looking for assistance throughout the manufacturing and deployment phases. Existing relationships with metal fabrication shops is also of interest.
