Need report from a structural engineer to confirm that there is nothing wrong with a truss in a home
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have attached a photo of the 'truss' for you to take a closer look at it. My seller has to supply a letter to the buyers mortgage company saying that someone looked at the truss and I need a letter confirming if it is okay. It is possibly a 15 minute job. Home is in Douglasville - 7071 Skippingstone Way. Need the inspection done ASAP.
