Need Structural engineer to identify source of leak that caused mold.

My rental property has mold, discovered on Jan 31, 2023 Restoration company has come in, and done demo to interior walls. Leak detectors came in and determined leak is not plumbing related. Restoration cannot continue until we came in and determined leak is not plumbing related. Restoration cannot continue until we locate the actual source of the leak. Insurance is dragging its feet on getting a structural engineer out to locate the source of the actual leak. Ineed somebody to please, coordinate with my restoration guy to come out and identify the source so we can do restoration. with all the bad weather we're having, the building is not getting any better.
