Need Blueprint for Steeply Slope Incline Land Cantilever T-Shaped Shear Key Retaining Wall
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
BUDGET $150
If you submit a fee, then increase it after we discuss, I will say goodbye to you!!!!
**** ALL TASKS ARE STATED HERE *****
:: SITE PLAN WITH RETAINING WALLS CROSS SECTION IS COMPLETE but no dimensions or calculations which is the reason to post this project.
+++ PLEASE READ ENTIRE DETAILS BELOW AND VIEW ALL ATTACHMENTS BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTE +++
DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER THAT CAN DO STRUCTURAL and MATERIALS CALCULATIONS, and have STEEPLY SLOPE (Incline land) EXPERIENCE + REVIEW
+++ DELIVER DWG and PDF files in ARCH D 24" x 36" format, Scale is 1/4 inch = 1 foot +++
Task 1 - Create a Cantilever T-Shaped Shear Key Retaining Wall BLUEPRINT / Plan with Load and Materials Calculations
a. REDRAW the FOUR Retaining Walls in Site Plan with proper DIMENSIONS (Width, Height and Length) for RESIDENTIAL Building on CLAY SOIL.
i WRONG Retaining Walls are shown in Site Plan - they are too massive (either too high and/or too wide) for a residential building.
ii May have to move one retaining wall so 3 HVAC units can fit on Basement Level or identify another location for the 3 HVAC units.
iii Determine the dimensions of the wall based on the design loads and soil conditions.
iii Need precise length and exterior wall thickness iv Include proper drainage and waterproofing in Wall drawings.
Task 2 - Create a Footing plan for each of the FOUR Retaining Wall with correct depth wall footing.
a. Keep in mind this land is CLAY SOIL and steeply sloped (incline) so show proper slope stability measures
b. Be sure to include any structural reinforcements needed, for example, Geogrid reinforcement.
c. Include Shear Key in wall design to prevent wall sliding.
d. Is an anchoring system (soil nails) needed?
Task 3 - Do Materials calculation for each of the Retaining Walls after determining the wall's square footage.
a. How much sand and/or gravel for each wall? What about for backfill compaction?
b How much concrete for each wall?
c What size rebar(s) and how many for each wall? - state which are top and bottom main bars, bottom and top distribution bars. l-shaped retaining walls bars, straight bars
d. What size drainage pipes? How many drainage pipes?
If you submit a fee, then increase it after we discuss, I will say goodbye to you!!!!
