Multi-Story Residential Building Design

I require a skilled civil engineer who specializes in residential building design for a 3 story, 2 buildings of 8 residences each (8 residences total) located in Navasota Texas o 1/2 acre of land. My project encompasses the creation of a replat and related civil engineering and work with city officials, utilities, drainage, etc

Key responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to all safety and zoning regulations
- Consulting with me extensively to meet specific aesthetic and functional requirements

Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in civil engineering if similar projects
- construction inspections for adhering to civil engineering specs
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations
- Strong communication and consultation skills
