Modern Home: Structural, Electrical & Plumbing Plan

I am in the initial phase of planning for a new construction for my modern, barndominium-style home. I am looking for expertise in three key areas:
- Structural analysis: I need a comprehensive analysis of the structural integrity of my design to ensure safety and longevity.
- Electrical design: An encompassing layout that meets all necessary safety codes while optimizing for efficiency and aesthetics is paramount.
- Plumbing design: Practical and efficient water supply, heating and drainage systems in line with the latest designs are needed.

- I would like an island with plumbing in the kitchen along with a first floor master bedroom
- 50’X50’ half of which will have a second story and about 40% of the first floor will be garage
