Model and BOQ for an Apartment

Architect or Civil Engineer needed for:
1. 3D Max interior design for an apartment.
2. Preparing Bills of Quantities and specifications (English and Arabic).
3. Preparing Cost Estimation Plan.

Job Requirements
• Ability to estimate quantities for structural, Architectural, and civil works.
• AutoCAD
• 3D Max
• QS programs (Excel or any )
• Aware of Egyptian civil works.
• Work MUST finish within 3 Days.
• Lowest bid will be considered.
