Mixed-Use Conceptual Site Plan Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a detailed topographic survey and now need a clean, professional conceptual site plan that balances a mixed-use program. The drawing should organise residential units, commercial spaces, and welcoming public amenities in a way that feels intuitive and market-friendly while respecting the existing grades and boundaries on the survey.
On the residential side I’ll specify both the total unit count and some layout preferences once we start, so please leave enough flexibility to iterate quickly. Commercial footprints should read clearly for future tenants and deliveries, while open-space elements—plazas, pocket parks, or similar—must knit the two uses together and meet local setback and accessibility standards.
I’m comfortable with whichever platform you prefer (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) as long as the final files are delivered in both native and PDF formats and are layered logically for engineering hand-off.
Deliverables
• Scaled conceptual site plan over my survey
• Separate PDF and editable source file
• One round of revisions after I review the first draft
