This project requires full AutoCAD drafting for a residential scheme covering multiple functional zones—living, kitchen, bedroom suites, and associated spaces. All field notes, dimensional data, and design sketches will be provided. Your task is to produce cleanly layered, metric-drawn DWG files ready for permitting and construction detailing.
Use logical layer naming for wall assemblies, doors/windows, fixtures, and furnishings. Final outputs should include:
Fully editable DWG files for each plan area
One consolidated PDF sheet set
Key criteria include dimensional accuracy, disciplined line-weight hierarchy, and clear drafting standards. Please share your expected delivery schedule and any previous residential CAD samples for assessment.
