I require professional assistance with the site development for a new manufactured home located in the 97119 zip code. For this project, I'll need a civil engineer who can focus on:

- Soil & Drainage

-Site Prep for manufactured home with gravel driveway to meet Fire Code

- Gravel Road on easement: Install underground electric on westside easement, gravel easement road, meet fire code and submit plan to Washington County. Road is from SW Roberts Road to Driveway on Tax lot 1100 15.96 Acres



Ideal candidates for the job should have substantial experience with similar rural site development projects or equivalent civil engineering qualifications. Your expertise in utility placement, road construction & soil analysis are vital to ensuring the project's success. Please only bid if you also have an understanding of the local area's regulations and can meet those requirements. I have a geotechnical reporter available, but I am open to options.
