Directly as a result of the works carried out cracks have appeared on the walls of our Flats. We only got to know of the damage when one of the tenants notified us of the cracks.
We wonder if you know of any party wall surveyor or structural engineer who can report and assess the cost of making good the damage after the work has commenced and is in progress.
