TN Licensed Engineer Stamp Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a set of grading and basic infrastructure drawings for a new single-family home in Tennessee. These plans are still in the pre-construction phase and must carry the seal of a professional who is currently licensed in the state. Your role is to review the residential site package, adjust it where state or county regulations require, and affix your stamp so I can submit the documents for permitting.
this is a quote from the email with metro water " 1. Additional cumulative impervious area added from permit # 2024074599 and current permit # 2025063254 increases Net Impervious area above 800 sq. ft. , requiring a GICP .
2. Completely fill out and submit a stormwater checklist with signature and date, in PDF format.
3. Submit a site plan stamped by a licensed surveyor/ engingeer and labeling and identifying GICP , EPSC measures , and Total Pre, Post , and Net Impervious Areas."
• A stamped PDF set ready for municipal submission
• The updated DWG reflecting any revisions you made
Acceptance criteria
1. Stamp must be valid for Tennessee and clearly legible on each sheet that requires it.
2. Any changes you make should be clouded or otherwise noted for the inspector’s clarity.
3. Final plans must satisfy all grading, drainage, and utility requirements applicable to a residential single-family lot in the project’s jurisdiction.
Timing is flexible but I would like to file for permits within the next week, so let me know your availability and typical turnaround once you receive the current drawings.
