Licensed Civil Engineer for Townhome Development

I'm seeking a licensed Colorado Professional Engineer for a 20-unit residential townhome project in Frisco, Colorado. The project site is 2.2 acres.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design of water, sanitation, and drainage systems
- Reference and adapt previous civil engineering plans from 2017

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Colorado PE
- Expertise in water, sanitation and drainage system design is critical
- Ability to meet a completion deadline of November 1, 2025

Ideal Skills:
- Proven track record in similar residential projects
- Strong understanding of Colorado's civil engineering regulations and standards
