I am seeking a highly skilled civil engineer with notable experience in construction management. As my project revolves around creating a large residential building that spans more than 2,000 square feet, proficiency in handling projects of similar scale is highly appreciated.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Overseeing the entire construction process
- Ensuring adherence to structural design specifications
- Timely management of the project
- Discerning and reducing development risks
Knowledge in geotechnical engineering would be a plus as well, although not a requirement. Your expertise will be central in realizing my project and I look forward to working with a reliable, innovative and professional construction manager.
