Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
City needs:
1. grading and drainage plans
2. erosion and sediment control
3. c3.6 stirn water checklist
4. drainage report and calculation
Things planned:
1. 920 sq ft second floor addition
2. Garage conversion to relo kitchen/dining room
I have topo survey and arch plans.
This is a flat lot and I won't be removing more than 25 cy soil.
