Kingston Subdivision

I have a small project in Austin TX, for a Civil Engineer. I have a 1 acre, roughly square lot, with a home, in Travis County. The house is not centered on the lot. I want to subdivide the lot, which is already a subdivision unto itself, into 2 lots, and sell the newly created vacant lot. Per City of Austin requirements, I need a civil engineer for this. I can manage most of the work myself but, for the work that a civil engineer must perform, I was interested in an hourly quote, as well as a description of the work to be performed.
