I am looking to hire a qualified professional to perform a home inspection of my property. The primary purpose of this inspection is to assess the condition of the building where wall cracks have been observed. As a result, the inspector will be tasked with evaluating the structural integrity of the building. The report needs to be provided to me within a week. Any suggestions or advice that the expert might have regarding potential damage or needed repairs should also be detailed in the report. The home inspection should be performed in accordance with all applicable local regulations and codes.
