We need a structural engineer to audit the structure whether they meet San Diego county building code.
Deliverable: a written assessment of the structure outlining the deficiencies based on the San Diego County building code.
Make recommendations as follows
1. The structure is worth keeping to get it permitted with a few deficiencies to ge corrected (specify necessary corrections)
2. The structure had too many deficiencies and it needs to be taken down.
