Illinois PE-Stamped, Plat of Survey+Drainage Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The plans must be stamped by a Licensed and Registered Civil Engineer for the State of Illinois. There are 3 parts.
- draft plat of survey
- draft water flow diagram
- design drainage plan
The drawings must satisfy the 2021 IBC code and the local storm-water ordinance so the municipality will accept it without comment.
I will supply the csv file showing the boundaries, topography and land marks.
Your role is to review the material, populate and draw a plat of the survey, draft a water flow diagram using the municipal requirements of Bloomington IL and then draft a drainage design plan stamped and ready for submission.
Deliverables:
• Signed Illinois PE-stamped PDF (24 x 36)
• digital file with any revisions clearly marked
• Brief memo summarizing work completed and confirming compliance
