Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hello,
I’m looking for a qualified third-party reviewer to approve a residential building permit in Simonton, TX.
The permit covers:
Small well house
Fence
Patio
Pool installation
The city missed the statutory deadline under HB 14 (Texas Local Government Code § 214.904), so I now have the right to proceed with an independent review.
Must be:
A Texas-licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) OR
An ICC-certified building inspector
Independent from the project (not involved in design or construction)
Please provide me with your quote and if you can take care of this job.
