seeking an experienced Water Filtration System Design Engineer to develop a hospital-grade dialysis water treatment system capable of delivering a consistent flow of 300 gallons per minute while maintaining 50 PSI downstream. This system must comply with all relevant U.S. healthcare standards, including ANSI/AAMI 23500, CMS Medicare guidelines, EPA Safe Drinking Water Act regulations, NFPA 99 healthcare facility standards, and FDA dialysis water treatment requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment technology, hydraulic modeling, and compliance with medical water purity regulations. Responsibilities include designing and integrating a multi-stage filtration system consisting of sediment pre-filters, activated carbon filters, reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, ultraviolet sterilization, and deionization processes. The engineer will also be responsible for performance testing, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring regulatory documentation is completed. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of experience designing high-capacity water filtration systems.
