HEC-RAS 1D Model for Bridge

I need a 1D HEC-RAS model to simulate water flow for a small bridge. The primary focus is on water surface elevation.

Data inputs available:
- Topographic survey data
- Hydrological data
- Existing bridge plans
- 10m DEM

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in HEC-RAS
- Experience with hydraulic modeling
- Knowledge of bridge hydrology
- Ability to interpret topographic and hydrological data
