HEC-RAS Floodplain Modeling & PE Certification -- 2

I require certification by a registered professional engineer in Colorado that my development in the floodway will not result in the increase of flood levels during the occurrence of the base flood discharge. This is accomplished via a HEC-RAS model.
My prior engineer is busy through May, so I'm wondering if someone else is available sooner.
