Green Trails Regrading Project

GTIA is the homeowner association for Green Trails in Lisle, Illinois. We have an issue on part of our common area where a 2' tall X ~120' long retaining wall has deteriorated. Our intention is to regrade the area rather than to replace the retaining wall. We need to file for a regrading permit with the Village of Lisle and need the assistance of a civil engineer holding a PE license.
