Grading & Drainage Plan

I am looking for a freelancer to create a grading and drainage plan for a small undeveloped area of land. The ideal candidate should have experience in land development and civil engineering.

Requirements:
- Develop a detailed grading and drainage plan for the small area (< 1 acre)
- Consider specific requirements and preferences provided by the client
- Ensure proper drainage to prevent flooding and erosion
