Geotechnical consultation of borehole logs to design sub-structures.

I am looking for a geotechnical consultation to help me design sub-structures based on soil properties and borehole logs. The primary purpose of the consultation is to provide detailed analysis on the soil properties and data required to design foundations, pier and abutment of a bridge.
The final report should provide a detailed analysis of the soil properties and borehole logs. I require a high level of detail to ensure that the design of the sub-structures is accurate and meets my needs.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in geotechnical engineering and be able to provide comprehensive recommendations based on the data collected. Experience in foundation design and slope stability assessment is also desirable.
