Geotechnical Engineering

I am looking for a geotechnical engineer who can assist with a project in an urban area and has experience in conducting site investigations, foundation design, and slope stability analysis. I need an Oregon Licensed geotechnical engineer to review and seal a water detention berm that was designed by my civil engineer. He can provide a dwg file. The deadline for the project is within a week.
