I'm seeking an engineer to help me with a project to build a garage. It'll be big enough to have space for working on various hobbies.
Notes on the project that might be useful
* I have a soil report for the site; which recommends pier and grade beams foundations
* 2x6 framing, plywood type siding
* The building is 21' wide x 32' long with 12' ceilings
* 16' x 8' front garage door (centered)
* 10' x 8' back garage door (centered)
* flat (low slope) roof
* must take into account California seismic zone
