Full-Time Civil 3D Engineer
Budget: $10 – $25 USD
I need an experienced civil engineer who can step straight into an active queue of work and stay online with me for at least eight hours each weekday, anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. The immediate priority is a fueling-station site, but the wider workload ranges from single-family subdivisions to large commercial and heavy-industrial facilities, so you will see a steady stream of diverse projects for the next two years.
Your day-to-day focus will center on detailed site planning and guiding projects through permitting. Advanced Civil 3D skills are essential because grading, corridor modeling, pipe networks, and plan-production workflows must move quickly with minimal oversight. Microsoft Office proficiency is also expected; I often need quick spreadsheets, reports, and markups. We will collaborate live on Microsoft Teams with cameras on and frequent screen-sharing; clear, fluent English conversation is non-negotiable because agencies and clients may join calls without notice.
This would be a great position for a remote team that can handle a varying workload as sometimes we have lots of projects working simultaneously. It is a huge positive if you also have a structural engineer on your team and can work together on multi-disciploinary projects. I can provide the work if you can complete it excellently without much input from me.
