Freelance Rail inspector in Chile

One of our client is exporting the component of rail to Chile, and they need the site assembly inspection, the Scope of Inspection is mentioned in the attached documents. It is Spanish Language, the agency at Chile may understand it.
Please kindly find out the qualified inspector to cover the scope of Inspection, the duration will be around 3 months. (Job expected to start tentatively last week of December-23 or later)
