Framing and bracing engineering

I'm looking for a framing and bracing engineer to help me with a residential project. The building will be small and typically only two stories or fewer. I have specific design requirements which I need the engineer to incorporate into their plans, so a keen eye for detail is essential. The engineer should have experience with similar projects and be confident in their ability to make sure all the specifications are met. I'm looking for someone who can provide a project plan that is both cost-effective and efficient. On top of this, the engineer must have a clear understanding of local building regulations and make sure the plans adhere to them. Lastly, the engineer must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clear, detailed updates about the project.
