Foundation Design for Telecom Pole

I will attach a drawing of a telecom Pole, I need to design a foundation that is no larges than 1.5m radius. You can go as deep as you need and as thick as you need. I would prefer an isolated footing design however if it is not possible you can opt for a pile design. Assume bearing capacity of 200 KPA
