Foundation and Building Inspection

I require a licensed civil engineer in Arizona to complete two basic inspections. This is for a site outside of Tucson AZ and is a basic 40x80 metal building with a concrete foundation. The first if for the foundation fill and prep, the second is for building assembly. I don't care how the inspection is done whether in person or web, but I need a signed and sealed inspection confirmation.
