Fort Lauderdale Civil Drawings Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a civil engineer to develop a comprehensive set of civil drawings for a project located in Fort Lauderdale. This task involves creating four pages of detailed plans that adhere to the city's standards, and include vital elements such as:
- City provided details
- Cross-sections illustrating swales, materials, and elevations
- Overall site layout complete with drainage locations
- Necessary calculations as per the provided sample
The final deliverables should comply with code and showcase all civil features. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the City of Fort Lauderdale's standards, with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in creating similar drawing sets.
Summary of attachments
The A1 sheet is my actual project, this is the site plan that would become the base layer for the civil drawings. The four page civil set is a sample of the last project we completed, this is the same level of detail we expect. It is fine for you to use the information and notes on this drawing as the starting point for your drawing. It just must be modified for the area of our site and the calculations must be updated as well to match.
If you have never done this kind of project please do not bid on this work.
I am a licensed architect and I will be signing the drawing, you only need to be able to complete this work but not signature required.
