Floor Flatness & Levelness Analysis
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will supply you with a DXF mesh of a newly placed slab and need a clear, standards-based report on its surface quality. The task is to analyse floor flatness (FF) and floor levelness (FL) across three separate test profiles, then present:
• Overall FF and FL numbers for the whole slab
• Individual FF and FL values for each of the three runs
• Any noteworthy high or low spots that exceed ASTM E1155 limits
Please follow ASTM E1155 throughout the calculations and reference the relevant sections so I can cross-check the results later.
The final deliverable must be a Word document that includes both graphs and diagrams illustrating the measurement lines, point distribution and deviation trends. Embed any raw tables or intermediate data behind the visuals so I have full traceability, and keep the layout printer-ready.
You are free to use your preferred analysis tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Python, etc.) as long as all figures in the report trace back to the supplied DXF and the ASTM method.
