I'm applying for a building certificate from a Western Australian town council, for the construction of an in-ground, fibreglass pool. I'm need an experienced pool engineer to evaluate the supplied drawings of a rectangular fiberglass in-ground pool and either sign-off, as acceptable, or provide details of what additional information would be required.
