• Preparing all architectural, structural, and electromechanical design drawings.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and contractual drawings.

• Preparing material supply plans, materials lists, project schedules, QA/QC plans, risk assessments, and budgeting.

• Reviewing WIRs, RFI's, etc, and preparing accurate As-Built drawings and handover documentation.
