Expert Consultant for Steel Girder Bridge Instrumentation
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
Consultation required on a project where we will be performing the following:
- Perform Bridge Instrumentation on a railway bridge - steel girder
- install all kind of sensors on the bridge, like strain gauge, strain rosette, LVDT sensor, accelerometer and temperature sensor to measure the following:
1. Super structure for frequency
2. Deflection
3. Strain
4. Substructure for tilt and strain
5. Bearding load transfer
6. Displacement and strain
7. Fatigue analysis using SN curve - depending on physical and metallurgical properties of the material
Need someone who has prior experience working with bridge instrumentation and who can consult us with the project.
Process starts with site visit, and data collection from site to develop a MIDAS civil model of the bridge, then suggesting the type of sensors required to procure, then installing sensors and data collection with multiple use cases, then analyzing the data and generating a report.
