My request is quite simple. I would like some advice about removing two walls in an apartment which I am considering to purchase. The first wall is right at the entry door ( a short wall blocking visibility to the living/dining room) and the second wall is the one separating the study and kitchen area. Are these structural walls or would I be able to remove them?

Some further information:
- The apartment is on the ground floor of the 3 storey complex.
- The address of the apartment is 5/41-43 Alma road, St Kilda 3182, VIC.
- The building appears to be constructed mainly of brick and concrete.

Also, I have attached a floor plan and images of the relevant walls which are to be removed.
