Engineering Drafter/Designer for E-Learning Project

Hi,
I prepare a series of e-learning construction management courses and I would like to prepare a set of sample design packages to use as the basis for several activities like cost estimating and project scheduling. Students taking the course will refer to these drawings for the practice activity.
I am looking for a drafter with some creativity and digital engineering skills who can complete this project for me. The drafter will prepare a set of structural engineering drawings (17 drawings or so to begin with) for the construction of a new warehouse. As a first trial, I would like to prepare the structural drawings for the new warehouse and potentially in the future do the services and civil drawing if the partnership works out well.
As I have a lot of educational courses, there will also be the potential for on-going drafting for future practice activities so it is important to find somebody who understands the outcomes I’m looking for.
