Renovation to Vancouver Condo.
1-Remove and reposition partition wall between bedrooms. Existing construction method, 1/2" drywall, 3 5/8" steel stud, 1/2" drywall.
2-Remove partition wall between kitchen and dining room to create open concept kitchen. Existing construction method, 1/2" drywall, 3 5/8" steel stud, 1/2" drywall.
3-Remove drop ceiling in kitchen area and rebuild bulkhead to follow new kitchen layout. Existing construction method, 1/2" drywall, 3 5/8 steel stud.
Engineer required to ensure that the walls to be removed are not load bearing.
