Engineer Needed to Advise on Footing Sizes for House

I have a set of house plans and also structural sheets for a house to be constructed. I need an engineer to provide sizes of footings required, including specifically an area where a stairwell is supported down to the foundation. You can get the idea from a print sheet I have attached.

I thinks this should be a pretty quick job for a civil engineer.
