Elevation and Civil Plans - New Buildings
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a Civil engineer, who must be registered in the State of Nebraska, to provide Civil engineering on our new buildings plans. I need a Floodplain Development Permit and all associated work to complete said permit. This I believe requires elevation Certificates and a site map, grading plan, preconstruction elevation certificate and
post construction elevation certificate, and familiarity with FEMA Floodplain. We want a LOMR completed after construction.
